Vijay Debbad is one of the cofounders of MagnaQuest. Vijay has more than 16 years experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning, Solution / Services delivery, Marketing and Technology functions.
With his strong leadership and commitment, Vijay has transformed MagnaQuest into a successful enterprise software product company operating from India, serving a global clientele.
Before establishing MagnaQuest, Vijay worked with Ingres and Informix in the USA.
Vijay holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, and an M.S in Computer Science & Engineering from Rice University, Houston, USA. He also earned an M.B.A from California State University, USA.
Tiru Bollam is one of the cofounders of MagnaQuest. He heads MagnaQuest's US Operations. Tiru has over 16 years of exposure to Technology and Business applications, across multiple domains.
With his strategic insight and architectural capabilities, Tiru brings extensive experience in running various operations of the organisation. Before cofounding MagnaQuest, Tiru worked with BMC software, USA.
Tiru holds an M.Tech degree in Computer Science from Hyderabad Central University, India and has received an M.S in Computer Science from University of Houston, USA.
Mohan Reddy is one of the cofounders of MagnaQuest. He has over 19 years of experience in Software Project deliveries and Business Development. In addition to the strategic thinking, as a Chief Marketing Officer, Mohan leads the Business Development department of MagnaQuest with major focus on new business initiatives.
His meticulous planning and execution are reflected in the way he handles operations and business development activities. Before co-founding MagnaQuest, Mohan worked with DDE ORG Systems, an Indian JV with Denmark based IT company.
Mohan is an alumnus of Hyderabad Central University, India and holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications.
Savita Shamsunder is currently heading the product development activity for Customer Management & Billing (CMB) solution, MQSubscribe. She has 14 years of experience in Technology implementation, Software Engineering Processes and delivery of Business Applications. Before joining MagnaQuest, she worked with Cadence Design Systems and Summit Technology Group.
Savita is an Engineering graduate in Computer Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. She received an M.S in Computer Science & Engineering from University of Virginia, USA.
Rajiv Debbad is the Vice President for Sales & Marketing function at MagnaQuest. He has over 9 years of vital Business Development experience spanning across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. Rajiv is associated with the company since its inception. He is one of the promoter directors of MagnaQuest.
Rajiv holds an M.B.A from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
