Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to carry out lead generation activities, digital marketing & other marketing-related activities. Our ideal candidate should have experience in running webinars, running ABM campaigns, lead generation, strategizing the development of collaterals for the company & the product, adept at marketing automation & overall marketing efforts for a B2B product company. The candidate should be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
The marketing manager will report to the Director of Marketing and will be leading a team of 8-10 members.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate & run webinars every month
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Should be well equipped with Inside Sales and Account based management strategy
- Should excel in Lead Generation Activities & understand the usage of database generation tools.
- Develop & implement a marketing automation strategy for the company
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Developing a go-to-market strategy for the new sectors
- Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
Critical Skills Required:
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Needs to be well versed with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Automation & Email tools
- Ability to create campaigns to attract customers including the creation of collaterals & marketing content
- People Management skills to connect with different internal departments
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong project management skills
Qualifications Required:
- Education – Bachelors/Masters degree from a reputed educational institution is a strong plus; MBA is a preference
- Work Experience – 4-8 years of experience in marketing roles in hardware or software product organization/sales roles in business-to-business segments
