Lead Generation Specialist (Female Candidates)

Job Description:

Magnaquest Technologies is seeking a highly motivated, high-energy, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for Telephone and email prospecting; qualifying and processing marketing leads for the sales team; and generating summarized reports of their key findings. This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exception phone communication skills able to understand different buying personas, position and communicate the value of Magnaquest product, and persuade new business prospects to learn more.
The lead generation specialist will report to the Marketing Head.

Responsibilities

•    Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and LinkedIn
•    Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
•    Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
•    Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
•    Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
•    Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
•    Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
•    Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads
•    Understand prospects business needs, pains points and position Magnaquest Technologies as a compelling solution
•    Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and assign to the sales team in the CRM system while maintaining the accurate log of activity
•    Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the rest of the marketing team to help refine marketing communications

Qualifications Required

Education – Minimum Graduate; preferred MBA
Work Experience – 2-5 years of experience in lead generation/pre-sales/inside sales in hardware or software product organization/sales roles in B2B segments

Critical Skills Required

•    Comfortable making cold calls and talking to C-Level contacts
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
•    Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
•    Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
•    Self-motivated and self-directed
•    Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
•    Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
•    Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
•    Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience or related sales experience preferred
•    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, Sugar etc..) experience preferred
