SURE’s billing reaches out to 10 million subscribers in India

SURE!, India based billing and subscriber management solution (SMS) provider with offices in Malaysia and U.S is provisioning services close to 10 million subscribers in India. The company´s billing solutions penetrates into 5 million cable TV households, 2 million DTH households, 0.5 million IPTV subscribers spread across the country. SURE! aims to add close to one million subscribers in next few months owing to the mandate digitization. The company´s global presence includes more than 15 million subscribers.

SURE! offers billing solutions for three verticals namely Cable TV, Pay TV and DTH operators; Internet service providers and Cloud based businesses. The company affirms of aiding in analog to digital transformation in less than 4 days, however for MSO´s without a self headend, the end-end provisioning will take place in less than 29 days. The firm also affirms of improving the operator´s ARPU by at least 20-25%.

For the Phase II digitization progressing in the country, SURE! offers solutions for cost conscious MSOs in this circle namely “Business in a Box” solution, which is a plug and play unit. The business in a box can hold customer information, meter usage and can generate single bill for multiple services. This service is pre-paid ready and is dual and triple play enabled accepting all modes of payments. Their cloud based model does not require any infrastructure cost thus reducing CAPEX to zero. The firm has tie ups with major CAS players and for rolling out customized business in a box solution for Phase II digitization.
