Director - Product DevelopmentSavita Shamsunder
Savitha is a co-founder of Magnaquest and serves as the Head of Sure Product Development Team. She has over 20 years of exposure to technology and has contributed significantly since the company’s inception. She has successfully lead several projects for the organization and was also instrumental in setting up processes and tools for the company. Apart from her contribution to technology, she does charity work for a local NGO and likes traveling.
Director - Business DevelopmentAjay Jain
Ajay is the Director – Business Development at Magnaquest since 2018. He is strategically responsible for taking the company through a growth path through the exploration of newer markets – both verticals and customer segments. He is looking at various domains including strategy, go-to-market, core marketing and product marketing.
Director - DeliveryKondapalli Venkata Ranga Rao
Venkata Ranga Rao is the Head of Delivery – Magnaquest since August 2019. He has over 24 years of experience in implementations of CRM, ERP & digital transformation programs across multiple technology stacks in various domains, and geographies. Before joining Magnaquest, he worked with leading system integrators such as Wipro, Tech Mahindra and is instrumental in setting up innovative delivery models and processes. Outside of the work, Venkata is a vivid reader, enjoys learning new things and indulges in internal dialogue.
Principal - Solution Architect and Product MarketingYamini Kumar Dasari
Yamini is one of the Magnaquest’s building blocks and is an integral part of the Sure product. He joined Magnaquest in the year 1999 and has been playing a crucial role in the organization ever since. With over 25 years of experience in technology and business applications across multiple domains, he contributed immensely in product design, development, solution architecture and implementations for various clients across the globe. His involvement is marked in almost all the phases of the software/product development, implementation, and delivery life cycle.
Principal - Product ArchitectMurali Banisetti
Murali has been a part of Magnaquest since the company’s inception in 1997. Back in the day, he started as a developer and currently leads the technology and product development team. He has made notable contributions in developing Magnaquest’s Flagship Product Sure. With over two decades of experience and expertise, Murali has a rare knack to connect the missing dots between business and technology, hence bridging the gap. Under his leadership, the team has successfully managed to understand and serve various global customers and their complex requirements.
