Vijay is among the leading technopreneurs who shaped Magnaquest as a product-based solutions company. As Managing Director, his primary focus and passion are in building the organization strong from within and aligned to core values. Vijay leads the organization in corporate and business strategy, organizational culture, human resources, and finance. He led Sure (a Magnaquest product) to become a leading subscription lifecycle management solution in the world.

Savitha is a co-founder of Magnaquest and serves as the Head of Sure Product Development team. She has over 20 years of exposure to technology and has contributed significantly since the company’s inception. She has successfully led several projects for the organization and was also instrumental in setting up processes and tools for the company. Apart from her contribution to technology, she does charity work for a local NGO and likes traveling.

Ajay is the Director of Business Development at Magnaquest since 2018. He is strategically responsible for taking the company through a growth path through the exploration of newer markets – both verticals and customer segments. He looks at various domains including strategizing, go-to-marketing, core marketing, and product marketing. Ajay has an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB) and a MS degree from USA. He is a cruciverbalist and these days is into strategy board games.

Venkata Ranga Rao is the Head of Delivery at Magnaquest since August 2019. He has over 24 years of experience in the implementation of CRM, ERP, and digital transformation programs across multiple technology stacks in various domains and geographies. Before joining Magnaquest, he worked with leading system integrators such as Wipro and Tech Mahindra and is instrumental in setting up innovative delivery models and processes. Outside of the work, Venkata is a vivid reader, enjoys learning new things, and indulges in internal dialogue.

Yamini is one of Magnaquest’s building blocks and is an integral part of the Sure product. He joined Magnaquest in the year 1999 and has been playing a crucial role in the organization ever since. With over 25 years of experience in technology and business applications across multiple domains, he contributed immensely to product design, development, solution architecture, and implementations for various clients across the globe. His involvement is marked in almost all the phases of the software/product development, implementation, and delivery life cycle.

Murali has been a part of Magnaquest since the company’s inception in 1997. Back in the days, he started as a developer and currently leads the technology and product development team. He has made notable contributions to developing Magnaquest’s flagship product Sure. With over two decades of experience and expertise, Murali has a rare knack to connect the missing dots between business and technology, hence bridging the gap. Under his leadership, the team has successfully managed to understand and serve various global customers and their complex requirements.
